Instructions:
1. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water;
2. Take the battery out of the LED light, remove plastic disk from under battery;
3. Attach the tray to the light;
4. Fill gel into the tray;
5. Turn on the light for 30 min treatment;
6. Rinse mouth with water.

After Use:
Remove trays, rinse, brush teeth. Clean the trays with cold water before and after use.

Usage Guideline:

For first time users, we recommend you use for 30 minutes. For follow-up treatments, use for 10-20 minutes to achieve desired whiteness.
