Mouth ulcers are painful lesions that appear on the inside of your mouth, often causing some pain and discomfort. Most mouth ulcers will disappear within three weeks but some can be more persistent and problematic. While they cause inconvenience, many people often ignore them. - Focus on reducing your stress levels by engaging in any activity that you enjoy doing. You can also incorporate yoga and meditation in your daily routine for the same.
